Australia is a country that has an immigration system that aims to reduce shortage of skills. The Australia Sub Class 457 Visa is a temporary visa that allows employers to sponsor overseas workers. - Work in nominated occupation and for employer that has sponsored you.
Australia Sub Class 457 Visa allows a skilled worker to travel to Australia and work in their nominated occupation for approved sponsor for up to four years. To get 457 Visa, your nominated occupation should appear in the list of occupation determined by the Australian government. The Temporary Work visa is sponsored by an approved business enterprise. A business may sponsor someone for this visa if they are not being able to find an Australian citizen or permanent resident to work.
